Doctors fear Michael Schumacher might be in 'permanent vegetative state'

Formula One legend Michael Schumacher has been in an artificially induced coma at the University Hospital in Grenoble since he fell and hit his head while skiing in French Alps on Sunday Dec. 29th.

Doctors say patients with such injuries are placed in artificially induced coma to help the brain heal but such measures normally last only a maximum of two weeks. Schumacher has been in his coma for nearly a month and doctors fear he could remain in a 'permanent vegetative state' even if he wakes from his coma. This means that if doctors do bring him out of his artificially induced coma he would be unable to speak, move or feed himself. Too sad!!

Eto'o hat-trick sees off Man Utd

_72383658_samueleto2.jpg (624×351)

A hat-trick by Samuel Eto'o ensured Chelsea maintained the pressure on the Premier League pacesetters and surely ended Manchester United's chances of retaining their title.
United manager David Moyes cut a dejected figure at the final whistle as he surveyed a 14-point gap to Arsenal at the top of the table - with matters made worse by the late red card for Nemanja Vidic following his needless lunge at Eden Hazard.
Javier Hernandez's goal hardly qualified as consolation and United must now try to overturn a 2-1 deficit against Sunderland in the Capital One Cup semi-final second leg at Old Trafford on Wednesday without their suspended captain, who starts a three-match ban.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has played down his side's title credentials but there is a real sense of momentum building around Stamford Bridge that will have only increased with this victory, the Portuguese's 100th in the Premier League. His first also came against United, back in 2004.

Chris Okotie stands by comments that all Catholics will go to hell & the Pope is anti-Christ

Rev Chris Okotie is still standing by his earlier comments that the pope is anti-Christ & all Catholics are hell bound. In a new interview with Punch, the Head Pastor of Household of God church justifies his controversial statement. Excerpts from the interview below...
"You recently stirred up controversy when you said Catholics would go to hell. Why did you say that?
It is because the church perverts the gospel of Jesus Christ and that perversion is located in the leadership. Even as Pope Francis recently announced. However, there are many good Christians within the Catholic Church who are not aware of the doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church, that has substituted Mary for Jesus, in what is known as the hyperdulia of the Virgin Mary. Salvation for them is not through Jesus alone but in accordance with what Pope Francis recently announced to the world. That, in itself, is a direct violation of the sanctity of the scriptures. Continue...
You even described the Pope as “an anti-Christ and a friend of Satan” and that the Catholic Church is a counterfeit church set up by Satan. What made you say this?
The heresies in their doctrine and the recent announcement by Pope Francis corroborate this position.

You were credited to have said that tattooing and plastic surgery were not sins before God; can you explain this to the public because it’s still a controversial issue?
No, I didn’t say that. What I said is that even though it is our body and to an extent we have the liberty to do what we want with it, at the end of the day, everybody will stand before God to give account of how he/she used his/her body.

Same way people criticise pastors who have jets, what do you think?
It is because of the novelty. Pastors who buy these jets have their reasons. When you do something new, it will create a stir.

Do you own a jet, if not, are you planning to buy one?
No, I do not have a jet now. But I will if it becomes necessary in the prosecution of my ecclesiastical responsibilities.

Some people still can’t understand why you divorced twice; they believe it is wrong for pastors to divorce. Why do you always divorce?
I have addressed this issue from the pulpit several times.

But why did you divorce someone you reportedly told your members God asked you to marry?
I don’t want to go into that again.

Are you still planning to remarry?
No.

Her marriage is already over, after a whirlwind romance and fairy-tale wedding

In 2007, actress, singer, entrepreneur, model and author, the very beautiful Hilary Duff began dating Canadian NHL player Mike Comrie. They announced their engagement in February 2010 and had a fairy-tale wedding on August 14th 2010. Hilary said at the time that her wedding was everything she had hoped it would be and that she married her prince-charming, her soul mate.

Fast forward to 3 years later, and it's over. Hilary, 26, and Mike, 33, announced their separation on January 10th 2014 after only 3 years of marriage. The actress accused her estranged husband of not 'putting enough effort into their relationship'.

The couple reportedly went to marriage counseling for 18 months to try and find the spark again. "But recently he wasn't doing any of the things they'd worked on," A source told Us weekly "The spark was no longer there. They are better as friends." The couple have a 22 months old son, Luca.

See pics from their wedding three years ago. And that wedding dress...OMG!...

The Obama marriage is on the rocks, according to National Enquirer

Thank God this report is from National Enquirer and not TMZ. So please take it with a very large portion of salt...:-). Find it below...
Under the headline Obama Divorce Bombshell!, the National Enquirer claims their 21-year marriage has dissolved in a string of ugly fights that were prompted by the Mandela memorial incident and — far more outrageously — Mrs Obama’s discovery that Secret Service bodyguards had been covering up infidelity on her husband’s part.
It’s an allegation the White House has declined to comment on, though after Bill Clinton’s trouser-dropping scandals, Americans would be rather less sanguine about any extra-marital activity than the French appear to be over President Francois Hollande’s behaviour.
Mrs Obama, the Enquirer claims, intends to stand by her husband until his presidency is over, at which time he will move back to Hawaii, where he grew up, and she will stay in Washington with their children. Continue...
